Students will be displaying their cars proudly and are always excited to see the line of beautiful cars that come each year. Current projects in the shop are a 1940 Chevy truck and a ‘53 GMC truck. Past projects (some not yet completed) include a ‘68 Firebird, ‘65 Mustang, ‘58 Baja Bug (sold) and a ‘68 El Camino (sold). These cars are worked on and built by students but owned by the instructor Mike Stayton. The club owns a ‘78 Corvette, (still in pieces) and two convertible ‘73 Cadillacs that they hope to fix up as Home Coming cars for the court. They have a long way to go of course.
