Do not put the date of the event in your event description, but don't forget to include the date in your email when you submit!


Submissions typed in ALL CAPS will be rejected!

Why in paragraph style?

This allows you to say what you want, the way you want, and include what is important to you! It allows me to simply cut and paste your information into the website. If I have to write your post, and I'm busy and pressed for time, guess what happens to your post!

THIS IS NOT the format!

Do not submit in "Bullet" format!

Be sure to include the following information: (Scroll down for the "Do Nots" )

  1. Date of event

  2. City in which event will take place

  3. Name of event

  4. Location of event (include address or cross streets when applicable)

  5. Name of hosting club or organization

  6. Cost for entrants

  7. Cost for spectators (if any)

  8. Types of vehicles the show is open to

  9. Name of charity if a benefit (URL of charity also)

  10. Contact information for show, including Name, phone, email or website address

  11. How to get registration form

  12. Any other information you feel is necessary or pertinent to your show


Do Not: Send your information by means of a flyer; but feel free to attach a flyer

Do Not: Send me a website to go to get your information; I have opposable thumbs, I do not play "fetch". (Actually, it's a "time" thing)   :)

Do Not Type in ALL CAPS, or all smaller case. (It's easier for me to "Cut & Paste" whenever possible)


To list a car for sale:

Vehicles submitted to this site must be collectable, classic or have some other special interest. The webmaster has the final say as to what is posted. In the body of an email include the following:

  1. Year/make/model of car

  2. Asking price

  3. Engine/trans info

  4. Special equipment

  5. Modifications

  6. Asking price

  7. Contact name; phone & email address

  8. City where car may be seen

  9. Anything else of interest to potential buyer

  10. Up to 4 digital pictures may be included (please use smaller picture files)

  11. $5.00 per picture charge if you snail-mail photos for scanning; photos will be returned if you include an envelope w/postage attached.

I realize this is somewhat cumbersome, but for the time being it is much easier on me. I will be adding a "Listing Form" at some time in the future.

Following these simple instructions saves time and money. I would rather be on a cruise than following up on missing information.
