Bishop,
CA: Fall Colors
Car Show; At the Tri-County Fair Grounds in Bishop, 1141 N. Main St.
Hosted by the Owens Valley Cruisers. Open to 1974 and older cars.
Registration is $60.00 until 9/15/10 and $70.00 thereafter. Includes Show &
Shine, mug, dance tickets, poker hand, pancake breakfast tickets, dash
plaque, T-shirt, and goodie bag. Come enjoy the beauty of the Eastern
Sierra and the magnificent Fall Colors. Early registration begins Friday,
October 1st at 4:00 p.m. in the Taco Bell Parking Lot. The Show
& Shine begins at 9:00 a.m. Saturday. A Main Street Parade will follow the
Show & Shine and an Oldies Dance will round out the evening. The Sunday
morning Poker Run will give you a breath-taking view of the Fall Colors in

Ventura, CA: Ponies by the Sea Car Show,
hosted by the Tri-County Mustang Club at the Ventura Harbor Village, with
proceeds to benefit Guide Dogs of America. People’s Choice classes, plus
Best of Show, Best Paint, Best Engine and a special “Most Likely to get a
Ticket” award given by the California Highway Patrol. No admission fee for
spectators. Rain or shine. Check in at 8:00am. Show runs from 10:00am –
3:00pm.

Yucaipa, CA: The Cruisin Yucaipa Car Show;
at the Yucaipa Regional Park. Registration for this show is only $25 and
includes a dash plaque, goodie bag, 5 free raffle tickets for great prizes
and a trophy to the winners of the show. Vendor spaces are also available.
The event will feature Food, Music, Kids Fun, Raffle, Mourning Star
Children’s Center Benefit Auction & more! The proceeds from this event will
go to support The Mourning Star Children's Grief Centers located in the
Inland Empire. This event is Sponsored by Bakers Drive-Thru. Info:

www.mourningstar.org. They are supported in part and headed up by the
Visiting Nurses Association. We are trying to raise awareness and funds for
this program. We will be holding a charity silent auction, 50/50 raffles,
regular raffle, registration for this event is $25 for a car and free to the
public. Mourning Star hosts a summer camp called Camp Erin that some of the
money raised will go to fund. I've seen and heard from the kids that are
affected and are lucky enough to be sponsored by the Mourning Star Centers
and it makes a great difference in their lifes. It takes approx $2,500 to
get a child a sponsorship for a year at the Mourning Star Center and approx.
$350 to put a child through "Camp Erin" during that weekend.

- Clovis, CA: Annual Toys for Tots Car Show: Sponsored
by Pontiacs of Central California. Entry fee is any unwrapped toy with a value
of $10.00 or greater. Free coffee and snacks thanks to local business. Marines
will be present to accept all toys. Fun Awards, music and food! Show is "Rain
or Shine", if it is raining please stop by with your toy and enjoy a cup of
coffee and snacks with us. The Marines need the toys even if it rains!. Info:
